Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued if the order was not started and placed in queue at all.
If the refund request is placed too late and the payment has already been processed by our payment processor, you will have to support the payment processor's refund fee.
If a booster had to postpone other orders because of yours, change his working schedule or the actual order was started already, the refund that can be issued is a maximum of 75% of the total value (there is 25% processing fee) minus the value in work done.
You are eligible for a refund for maximum 20 days since the order was placed. If the order is older than 20 days, you will be compensated with in-store credit for that amount of money.
If you refuse to comply with the product requirements you are eligible for 50% refund of the paid price.
Examples
- Example 1: you just posted your order 5 minutes ago and changed your mind, no booster has engaged your order in any way or form you get 100% of your money back.
- Example 2: a booster was assigned or started your order or reserved the time to do your order, postponing other work or so, you will be returned 75% of your initial payment minus the value in work done.
- Example 3: You ordered quantity 4X boost which costs 100 USD. We already completed quantity 1x you will get 50 USD refund. (50 USD is kept by the website, 25 USD as the processing fee and 25 USD for 1x boost already completed)
In case of premade gaming accounts and in-game currency sold by Grindout, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of these digital goods, once delivered or transferred, they cannot be reversed or returned.
