If a booster has already been assigned or work has begun, a maximum refund of 75% may be issued, minus the value of completed work.

Refund requests must be made within 20 days of purchase. After this period, compensation may be provided as store credit.

Failure to comply with service requirements may result in a 50% refund of the paid amount.

Purchases of premade gaming accounts and in-game currency are final and non-refundable due to the nature of digital goods.
